  16. <p>     Visas: No visas are required for a visit up to 90 days.
  17. </p>
  18. <p>     Climate and clothing: In the Mediterranean climate,
  19. lightweight clothing is worn most of the year, but warm clothing
  20. is needed for winter.
  21. </p>
  22. <p>     Health: Medical facilities are adequate, and common medicines
  23. are available.
  24. </p>
  25. <p>     Telecommunications: Long-distance telephone and telegraph
  26. services are available. Monaco is six time zones ahead of
  27. eastern standard time.

  29. <p>     Transportation: Frequent flights are scheduled from most
  30. European cities to Nice, France--a short drive from Monaco.
  31. Buses, taxis, and rental cars are available in the city. There
  32. also is frequent train service from Nice, and a commercial
  33. helicopter service between the Nice Airport and the Monaco
  34. heliport.
